As an Intern, you will have broad exposure to our global organizations and leadership teams. Your participation in special projects and strategic initiatives will be critical to overall success of our business strategies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • This is a temporary position.
  • Get real-world experience on a project you own.
  • Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group.
  • Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of technical projects as assigned.
  • Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.- Leverage data analytics and statistical methods to develop business-centric insights to support decision-making.- Supply and demand planning and Developing and driving supply chain optimization
  • Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials products.
  • Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
  • Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Coyol Free zone, Alajuela, site Manufacturing.

Coyol Free zone, Alajuela, Shared Services.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

  • Undergraduate student with Finally or Senior-level standing.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Industrial or related.
  • 0 years of experience required.
  • Bilingual English - Spanish Communication and excellent written and verbal communication. (B2+ is preferred).

**Nice to Have**

  • Prior work on projects in a team environment.
  • Relevant academic project and/or internship experience.
