To provide quality insights and/or support to product complaint investigations. To analyze, measure, improve, and document investigation results of BSC manufacture products.

Necessary requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical studies in Quality, Production, Metrology, Electromechanical, Microbiology, Electromedicine, Biotechnology or Industrial engineering

  • Experience: 0-1 experience in similar roles. Previous participation in problem solving sessions and understanding of Root Cause Analysis tool and methodologies is highly desirable (Ishikawa, 6M's, 5 Whys)

  • English level: B2 (written and spoken)
