**Your Impact**

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Digital Web QA team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. The Digital Web QA team is responsible for test planning and execution of the Palo Alto Networks websites, blogs and events.

In this role, you will be analyzing and testing new features and bug fixes and you need to have a passion for improving the overall quality of the product you test. All this in a fast paced, agile-based process of development, test and release.

**Your Career**

As a Senior QA Engineer in the Digital team, you will be responsible for:

- Design and create functional test scenarios and/or cases.
- Execute manual system tests including functional and E2E on sanity, regression, pre-production, and post-production phases in a tight release schedule
- Track and report the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Identify, record, document issues, propose system improvements and perform repetitive test execution to resolve the identified issue.
- Analyze root causes of issues and provide corrective actions.
- Design and execute tests for new features or major redesign of existing features
- Conduct system functional testing to ensure system quality, reliability, capacity, and scalability.
- Compare and analyze system behavior vs. expected results/KPIs based on business and technical requirements.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Should have 5 years of proven work experience in software quality assurance,
- 2 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/CQ) testing.
- Hands-on experience with both black box and white box testing
- Good knowledge and Hands-on experience of Performance Web vitals, Accessibility & SEO verification, and monitoring tools
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
- Testing Coordination experience - Full understanding of the End-to-End test process and experience on how and when to engage different teams
- Should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills, and strong ability to understand the business process flow.
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively and to remain focused in a diverse team environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Able to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient knowledge of Agile software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Relentless attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with extreme deadlines, prioritize projects, and maintain focus
- Should have a good understanding of Testing Fundamentals
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

**Good to have**:

- Should have knowledge of Test Automation using languages like Java, and tools such as Selenium/Web Driver, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Should have an understanding of Testing on APIs, Applications, Backend, and Postman.
- Exposure to automation framework designing (Spock/Cucumber)
- Experience in CI/CD Environments and hands-on in Jenkins / Build tools will be an added advantage.
