**Key Responsibilities**: - Perform the processes associated with analysis, process and approval of the reimbursable of business expenses (RBE) for MX and LATAM following the guidelines of Citi Expense Management Policy as well as any other applicable procedures. - Assist Citi Users with inquires related to the RBE processes and provide training. - Monitoring processes under responsibility to avoid errors, late payments and escalations. - Handle escalations. - Performs some coordination activities like workload assignment and control, manual processes, huddles, etc. - Actively participate on systems implementation and related projects. - Perform system testing activities and attend audit related requests. - Support the identification of improvement opportunities and possible risks to the operation. - Train new hires or new team members within work unit when required. - Manages workflow and interacts with other departments. - Communicates with other departments, external customers and/or clients. - Works under little to no direct supervision to perform job duties. - Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, as assigned by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head. **Knowledge and Experience**: - Reimbursable Business Expense and/or Accounting experience. - Operational experience in a shared services environment. - Experience of working in an international context. - Process improvement skills. - P2P experience. - Fluent in English (mandatory). - Fluent in Portuguese (desirable). **Skills**: - Excellent personal communications skills and stakeholder management. Ability to easily and clearly communicate with senior management. - Good level of numeracy skills, financial/accounting skills is a plus. - Adaptability. - Attention to Detail. - Strong administrative and analytical skills. - Drive & Determination. - Team working Skills. - Good prioritization skills and time management. - Working knowledge of MS Office.
