- The Senior Software Engineer (Python) is effectively responsible for leading the technical efforts for complex AI/ML delivery projects, designing, defining and helping implementing development tasks with high quality, meeting the commitments within the project. _
**What you’ll do**:
- Technical lead that will design solutions for complex processes and define and assign daily tasks.
- Lead research for new technologies such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and others, in order to design solutions for business use cases. Run POC and define the best approach to follow.
- Develop and configure complex processes, tasks and objects establishing best practices that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Develop and configure solutions using new technologies adjusted to the nature of the business use case.
- Lead technical migrations including platform, framework, tools.
- Maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the senior technical resource on a project or the leader of a delivery team, and communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
- Comply with and help enforce quality, design, documentation and coding standards, policies and procedures
- Identify and communicates the technical infrastructure requirements
**What experience you need**:
- Bachelor degree in Software Engineering or equivalent years of work experience
- +4 years of experience as Software Engineer
- +3 years experience with creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
- +3 years experience with Agile Methodology, programming languages like **Python **(preferred) and **Java**
- 2+ years with any of the following topics/tools **Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing**
- English proficiency B2 or above
