**_ Want to help us simplify the world of data management? _**
We are looking for an SEO Manager to join the growth marketing team at Cohesity. The SEO Manager will develop and own the SEO strategy for Cohesity. This position will plan the strategic SEO initiatives and outcomes, while executing on a day-to-day level.
The SEO Manager will work closely with content producers, internal stakeholders such as the product marketing, demand generation teams, and international teams, to build and implement the strategy that will expand Cohesity's digital footprint across organic search platforms.
Must be flexible, quick-thinking, efficient, and able to work independently, sometimes under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as this position interacts with many different audiences and teams, globally.
**HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE**
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement and monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO performance.
- Strong ability to articulate results, insights, and recommendations throughout the organization and senior leadership
- Provide keyword research and content recommendations, as needed to achieve site performance goals
- Increase the visibility and knowledge of SEO best practices across functional teams in marketing, including sharing SEO best practices and help define SEO as a KPI for all relevant teams like blog, video, social etc.
- Build a roadmap of SEO priorities, experiments, and initiatives to drive organic traffic, engagement, leads and pipeline
- Implement SEO changes and updates (meta description, page titles, schema markup, microdata, etc.) to maximize Cohesitys visibility
- Provide detailed competitive analysis and ensure Cohesity is maintaining authority across keyword themes
- Stay abreast on top trends, best practices, and algorithms to continually develop winning strategies
**WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING**
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of experience optimally developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Experience with SEO tools such as, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, BrightEdge, SearchMetrics, etc.
- Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to translate complex concepts into requirements with clear business outcomes
- Familiarity with WordPress, or other content management system
- Solid understanding and experience with HTML/CSS and SEO implications
- Experience in International Search Engine Optimization
- Demonstrated ability to work optimally with others
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
