The scope of our work includes but is not limited to Basebuild (BB), Progressive Build (PB), Tool Install (TI) for new factories and site infrastructure.

**As a Sr Basebuild Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Build and drive safety culture of caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.
- Plan and deliver base build construction projects using multiple delivery and execution strategies (from project initiation through to closeout, including the development and management of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies, Environmental/Health/Safety and Incident and Injury Free program, quality program, project controls and change management).
- Ensure that the project is at all times in compliance with Construction Management Practices and adheres to Base build standard operating procedures. Projects include disciplines such as mechanical, process, process specialty, electrical, architectural, cleanroom, IT, life safety, and Instrumentation and Controls.
- Interact and partner with internal customer management; resource plan the project; provide direction to the Base build project teams; have a sound knowledge of the project and construction contracts; and will partner with Tool Install, Corporate Operations and the Factory to develop and manage an integrated plan that will achieve project objectives and commitments.
- Champion and value the safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle.
- Constantly identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.

- Willing to present and communicate with executive-level management.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Project construction management on major industrial facilities, base build construction projects including contract management schedule and budget development and management change control and construction means and methods.
- Experience with MS Office Word/ Excel and MS Project.
- Advanced English level.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project construction management on major industrial facilities, base build construction projects including contract management schedule and budget development and management change control and construction means and methods.
- Project Manager Professional PMP.
