**OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL**:
**YOUR FOOTPRINT AT DWELLWORKS**:
The IT Help Desk Support associate will need to feel comfortable interacting with all levels of users within the company and have exceptional customer service skills.

**WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH**:

- Manage help desk for third party independent consultants including management of major roll-outs to the network. Roll-outs include communication planning, roll-out testing, training creation, training delivery, and ongoing support. If applicable, manage roll-out support resources through planning of work assignments, training, and ongoing problem resolution support.
- Provide user support in all time zones and serve as SME for Office 365, Office Products, Fuze, Video Conferencing, and Service Engine.
- Create troubleshooting guide for one off situation to share knowledge with the team members.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
**_ Your Experience & Education (required)_**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in:

- New employee setup and offboarding: new users need to be setup in Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, various security groups. Equipment needs to be setup for new employees. Equipment also need to be ‘wiped’ once they leave and the user’s access and permissions to software needs to be revoked.
- Multifactor Authentication (MFA): any experience with Microsoft’s MFA. Helping users set it up, administering it, etc.
- Microsoft Active Directory (AD): any experience at all with AD
- Remote users: any experience around Remote Desktop such as troubleshooting, joining different machines.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for software, hardware and network.

- Ability to speak and write in English in all business communications
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Outstanding communication and documentation skills
