**Job Description**:
FP&A Hub Team supports North America Region across all Segments and all business units, for financial reporting, month end activities, budget and financial analysis that contributes to the business the make right financial decision.
- Supporting Senior Analyst to prepare basic monthly sales reports for business units like DA, CIS and Corporate
- Support Senior analyst to prepare input reporting used to create final report to the business unit.
- Deliver reports on time as per Senior Analyst set deadline based on business unit needs.
- Create and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine processes for labor and non-labor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic accounting and/or finance knowledge.
- Positive attitude, strong collaborative style and work ethic with passion for learning in a flexible and changing environment
- Enthusiastic for learning about financial roles and being part of the Team.
- Good academic performance.
- Strong reading and written communication skills in English.
- Medium/Advance English speaking
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment
- Good Excel skill and Word management skills. Knows how to use the tools and excel formulas
