About the Team
The Commercial Incubation Team is responsible for ensuring new offerings and commercial models can be processed efficiently and effectively to support our internal and external customers during deal closure and throughout the customer lifecycle. This team supports new offerings as they come to market via deal specific support as well as a focus on long term automation and simplification.

About the Role
The Commercial Incubation Analyst will play a key role on Workday's Pricing team, supporting quoting process for new offerings and commercial models to enable successful deal closures and positive internal & external customer experiences.
Additionally, you'll be challenged to drive long term standardization and automation to help the business scale appropriately. Cross functional partnership is key as you’ll partner with account executives, deal support teams, product pricing leads, as well as business technology and systems experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Account Executives and Deal Support teams on deal by deal basis- Own and perform manual steps within deal cycle to ensure pricing and agreement are accurate for new offerings and/or new commercial models-
- Partner with internal business technology and sales systems teams to lead long term automation design- Assist in creation of enablement materials related to automation design

El analista de Incubación Comercial tendrá una función clave en el equipo de Precios de Workday. Para ello, brindará soporte en el proceso de cotización de nuevas ofertas y modelos comerciales para permitir el cierre exitoso de acuerdos y experiências positivas de los clientes internos y externos.
Además, tendrá el desafío de impulsar la estandarización y la automatización a largo plazo para ayudar a que la empresa escale de manera adecuada. La colaboración interfuncional es clave, ya que deberá trabajar con ejecutivos de cuentas, equipos de soporte de operaciones, líderes de precios de productos, así como con expertos en tecnología empresarial y Sistemas.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Colaborar con los ejecutivos de cuentas y los equipos de Soporte de Operaciones en cada caso en particular.- Gestionar y realizar los pasos manuales dentro del ciclo de acuerdos para garantizar que los precios y los acuerdos sean apropiados respecto de las nuevas ofertas o los nuevos modelos comerciales.- Prestar servicio como experto en la fijación de precios y las condiciones comerciales de las nuevas ofertas.- Colaborar con los equipos internos de tecnología de negocios y sistemas de ventas para dirigir el diseño de la automatización a largo plazo.- Ayudar en la creación de materiales de capacitación relacionados con el diseño de la automatización.

- 2 + years of experience working within a SaaS Pricing organization, preferably in an AE facing role
