**What you’ll do**:

- Will serve as the first point of contact for internal customers and departments at a Tier 1 level
- Ability to identify problems experienced by users, utilizing problem solving skills
- Resolves the issue or engages other technical resources (Tier 2) in order to resolve, tracks progress through resolution, and effectively communicates the resolution to the requestor
- Identify opportunities (based on type of issues reported) to provide “refresher” training and/or updates to current documentation

**What experience do you need**:

- 0 - 2 years of experience in user support, customer onboarding or other related field
- English level B2+/C1

**What could set you apart**:

- ServiceNow experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to understand new technologies quickly
- Process improvement, and process documentation
- Be a self-starter, able to take high level direction and manage activities without constant oversight
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills necessary
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment
- Positive and proactive approach to changing and developing environment
