Sales Operations Analyst

Business Management Group (BMG): The Business Management Group within Intel's Sales and Marketing Group, is charged with running and growing the business for Intel and its customers through meaningful data analysis and market insights. There's no better place to see how Intel works than BMG, we are the ENGINE ROOM of the company. We are specifically hiring for the America's Marketing Region (AMR), within the BMG organization. Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) Description: The Sales Operations Analyst roles within the AMR New Business Solutions team allow for growth and development of employees across various operational roles. An SOA works closely with internal and external customers; and often is the creator of new customers in Intel's tools and systems. The SOA also often works with the business units on new product setup and manages the customer's supply chain requirements into the BU. An SOA develops, implements and manages the underlying business processes running the sales operations functions, including compliance measurement. This dynamic growth opportunity allows for experience in managing the sales process from order placement to shipments with the SOA acting as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Intel Business Units and the Factory to optimize revenue and supply. Operations Analysts often gather and analyze information to determine product allocation, manage the business to maximize revenue through supply commitments, document business processes, and occasionally do customer presentations. This includes the following:

- Growing revenue and helping Intel gain / maintain competitive edge
- Developing our people across the global organization
- Building and executing business strategies
- Influencing Intel and its customers through data analysis, market intelligence, and insightful information
- Proven experience engaging with and supporting customers
- Proven experience of Excel
- Understanding of supply management, demand forecasting, market analysis, pricing strategy or operations
- Strong analytical and data management skills and ability to work through complex/ambiguous business scenarios to influence decision making
- Ability to consistently deliver results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills managing stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated experience influencing via excellent written and oral communication

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience with experience engaging with and supporting customers in areas such as: logistics, supply chain, order management, etc.
- Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Study in Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or similar.
- Experience with Excel.
- Project management experience.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.

**Work Model for this Role**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
