We have been named by Forbes magazine as one of the “World’s Most Innovative Companies" and ranked on Fortune’s Best Companies to work for. **Job Description**: - Smart Automation Site and community Resources update (Structure, Design, Look & Feel) - Low Complexity RPA Bots Development - Smart Automation Opportunities Assessment - Basic RPA Troubleshooting and Incident Management in Development and Production environments - Active bots monitoring to ensure successful execution at a daily basis - Work in an agile and continuous improvement environment to reduce Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and RPA Environment Up time. - Report issues and risks to Sr Automation Engineer and Program manager on a regular basis - Ability to read and understand process and data flow diagrams - Ability to articulate in simple words technical explanations and guide the business in the RPA journey - Working and synchronizing with other regional development team members - Work in a collaborative manner with all Center of Excellence team members **Qualifications**: - Excellence communication skills in both verbal and written English - Basic knowledge in Python and JavaScript programming languages - Process Automation understanding to design and propose efficient solutions for internal processes - Knowledgeable RPA and emerging technologies - Knowledge of Agile ways of working for incident management, QA Controls and troubleshooting - Ability to define design methods to increase licenses utilization and best practices sharing Additional Information Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow together Find out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here - Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
