WFS is an Agile environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Employees frequently interact with peers, internal customers, and multiple functional areas within the organization in order to deliver complex products at agreed upon deadlines.

This position assists Product Managers by scoping the proposed solution leading to accurate cost and time estimates. The incumbent facilitates requirements gathering, structures documentation and presents findings.

This position contributes to IT deliverables and produces simple Agile IT work products. Typical tasks and work products include:

- Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members through the solution delivery process.
- Working with Agile practices and associated skills including user story writing.
- Detailed interrogation of Product Owners needs and gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
- Help perform functional acceptance testing of enhancements, patches and upgrades.
- Perform system troubleshooting in a production support environment.
- Assist users in solving both functional and system issues within agreed-to service level agreements (SLAs).- Assist in designing and formulating solutions.

The position prefers the following skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering and/or Finance.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant prior experience beyond formal education.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non
- technical team members and Product Owner
- Experience in documenting complex business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios.
- Understanding of key AGILE concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
