Como **Commercial BI Analyst** lideraras toma de decisiones involucrando reportes y análisis y generación de reportes Sell IN/OUT, Inventarios, cuotas de venta, incentivos y DPSM. Buscando asegurar la visibilidad, confiabilidad y oportunidad de la información contenida en los mismos, comunicarlos de manera asertiva para que los líderes comerciales, de Marketing y Trade marketing hagan el debido seguimiento de la venta y aseguren que se alcancen las metas de venta u objetivos comerciales.

**¿Quién eres?**:

- ** de 1 a 3 años de experiência trabajando en análisis de big data, ciencia de datos, business intelligence o afines en unidades de marketing o comercial.**:

- Formación profesional en carreras afines analisis de data.
- Manejo de power BI y excel avanzado
- Uso de herramientras para que apoyen el proceso de minería, extracción, automatización y análisis de big data.
- Ingles intermedio (se verificara en la entrevista)

**¿Qué haces?**
- Responsable de implementar los subprocesos de extracción, estructuración, análisis de la información y utilizar todas las herramientas disponibles para asegurar la obtención de los insumos necesarios para la correcta ejecución del proceso de inteligencia de negocios.
- Diseño y generación del reporte de ventas diario y periódico
- Asegurar la generación del reporte Sell In/Sell Out (SISO) e indicadores de resultados
- Asegurar la implementación y capacitación de los usuarios de las herramientas de información comercial.
- Corresponsable del diseño, uso, mantenimiento de reportes estandarizados de Sell In, Sell Out, objetivos de Ventas
- Construir los escenarios futuros de Sell In y Sell Out, para definir los Target de ventas y estimación de sell out. También a la generación de indicadores para dar visibilidad al desempeño.
- Asegurar y ejecutar el proceso de cálculo de cuotas de ventas.
- Preparar el cálculo de incentivos para que RRHH pague comisiones de la fuerza de ventas interna y externa.
- Asegurar y ejecutar el proceso de carga de los insumos del sistema de medición de ejecución en el mercado DPSM.
