We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new **Regional Benefits Specialist**, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the **Sr. HR Service Delivery Manager**, you will be supporting our **HR Service Delivery Team** by focusing on supporting our Global Benefits organization in developing strong partnerships with existing and new benefit providers, ensuring an accurate administration of the portfolio for each country and employee. You will also work closely with the Finance department to guarantee that our Benefit services are correctly invoiced to clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Support the organization of our benefits portfolio worldwide - Support the administration of sourcing and onboard new benefits providers - Administer benefits for clients, having an in-depth knowledge of the products offered - Solving benefits queries coming from clients and employees - Enroll new employees in existing plans - Deal with health insurance, pension plan, mobile phone, leasing providers - Keep all the information about providers and related processes tracked and organized. - Work closely with the billing department to ensure that all our benefits are correctly invoiced to clients monthly. **About You** - 3-4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Administration background. - Knowledge of employee benefits administration at large, international scale. - Back office and administration experience, HR admin background preferred. - Able to work in a matrixed environment with international stockholders. - Proven experience working in a global service environment. - Ability to build strong partnerships. **What We Value** - You are highly organized and detailed oriented - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills - You have strong fluency in English and Spanish **What We Offer**: - Technical and business skills advancement through Coursera. - Opportunity to work a company that is revolutionizing the market and is experiencing exponential growth. - Allow your inspirational ideas to come to life in a highly creative and executional environment. - Ability to work in an organization with ov
