UI / UX designer:

- Work with the entire product team to translate customer needs into working software
- Create workflows and interactive prototypes to get user feedback and testing
- Ability to quickly iterate and rework based on real time feedback

**Responsibilities**:

- **User-Centered Design**: Collaborate closely with the product team to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
- **Workflow and Prototyping**: Develop workflows and interactive prototypes that enable user testing and feedback gathering. Use these prototypes to iterate and refine design concepts, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- **Iterative Design**: Embrace an iterative design process, incorporating real-time feedback and making adjustments to designs based on user insights, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices and gather insights from users, making data-driven refinements to improve the user experience.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to ensure that our products remain cutting-edge and user-friendly.
- **Problem Solving**: Address design challenges creatively and effectively, finding innovative solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Ability to create and present clear design deliverables, including workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for visual consistency and user-friendly aesthetics.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences that align with business objectives.
