**DNS/DHCP/InfoBlox Engineer (Remote)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a DNS/DHCP/InfoBlox Engineer, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Overview**:
The Networking Professional will support the Incident Management process by providing technical expertise during DDI related incidents as well as technical issues affecting technology eco-partners.

**Requirements**:

- Five+ years DDI experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Experience with ISC BIND & DHCP
- Experience with MS DNS & DHCP
- InfoBlox experience
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Responsibilities**:

- Configuring & troubleshooting of DNS & DHCP services.
- Monitoring of ticket queues and implementation of Business as Usual (BaU) customer requests.
- Testing and Implementation of upgrades and patches for DDI infrastructure.
- Provide technical information and leadership in support of managed services customers.
- Document support activities in service management platform.
- Development and maintenance of account specific documentation.
- Provide account and platform specific training to team members.
- Monitoring of alerts notification, investigation and troubleshooting of issues
- Lead and/or engage in Service Restoration and Root Cause Analysis Activities as required.
- Identify opportunities for internal process enhancement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks.
- Work closely and effectively with customers, partners, vendors, and fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Support team as account specific SME for Escalations, including out of hours.
- Interact with vendors to identify and resolve product defects and issues.
- Document support activities in service management platform.
