**Position Overview**:
As a Mid-Level Conga Expert, you will play a critical role in our team's success. You will be responsible for working closely with our clients to provide expert guidance and support in Conga, Salesforce, and related technologies. Your in-depth knowledge of Conga and your ability to communicate fluently in English will be essential in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conga Implementation**: Lead and assist in the implementation of Conga solutions for our clients, ensuring their business needs are met.
- **Conga Configuration**: Configure and customize Conga to meet specific client requirements, including contract management, electronic signature, document generation, and CPQ.
- **Salesforce Integration**: Integrate Conga solutions seamlessly with Salesforce to optimize business processes and data flow.
- **Client Support**: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing any Conga-related issues promptly and effectively.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation of Conga configurations and solutions for future reference.
- **Training**: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure they can effectively utilize Conga solutions.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Conga and Salesforce to provide innovative solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Conga and Salesforce.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
