Rfp Coordinator

**Role Purpose**: This person will report to the Solutions Engineer RFP Manager and is an integral part of our growing Global Success team. You will be responsible for working internally with different teams and occasionally with external prospective clients. You will be responsible for providing technical and functional write-ups for our suite of KYX platforms. The role will focus on completing information requests globally. You will be the "go-to" contact during the RFP/RFI process for all questions, and you will be required to collaborate with internal teams, for example (and not limited to) HR, Security, Product, and Finance to provide the best responses for the business. Solution Engineer RFP plays a major role in improving and expanding on existing responses. Your performance will have a direct impact on the overall Success teams' effectiveness in responding to an RFI / EFP. We want serious players who can evangelize and make significant revenue contributions quickly. **Eligibility Criteria/Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a huge plus) - 3-5+ years of expertise in a technical writer or copy write related role - Strong customer interaction skills - Strong project management skills - Some familiarity with "know your customer" (KYC) compliance regulations and competitors - Some technical background would be beneficial **Responsibilities**: - Manage and complete RFPs and RFIs - Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses - Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new products **Company** Jumio is the future for online and mobile ID verification.
