**Job Description**:
The HR BU Support works closely with HR Director and Generalists, leaders, and all Experian colleagues, making sure all will receive a great service experience, and will understand how to proceed according to HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
The HR Business Support provides advice on a range of HR policy and process matters, and delivers operational support services to clients, HR Generalists, and colleagues within the HR team. This position plays a pivotal role in assisting the HR team in managing high volume HR operational activities to deliver quality HR services throughout the HR Service Center. Support the HR Director participating in operational efficiency focused projects, the same as policies and internal HR & Payroll procedures review, update, and internal communication.
This role will work together with the HR Generalists and HR Director generating HR analytics and monthly reports, which will support them in their decision making and HR strategies for the BU’s understanding and performance.
This position will work with Payroll Specialist, generating and reviewing the information required to process with accuracy and on time the payments.
This role will be HRSC and Payroll backup when need it.
- Providing advice and guidance for all employees on all operational HR matters and HR/payroll requests, through the internal services channels, such as the HR Service Center and Payroll channels.
- Supporting clients in using systems, internal channels, and processes to guide them on HR and payroll policies and procedures.
- Generate and control payroll procedures, manuals & guidelines for employees and team leads.
- Work with HRIS and HR Service Center making sure all incidences are accurate and properly managed. Will support on payroll file preparation, incidences changes and updates.
- Support payroll team and HR in current benefits maintenance, such as health insurance services, educational program, share plans, subsidies, or any other assigned.
- This role will support the team on HR analytics and Payroll reports. Responsible for monthly HR metrics, monthly attrition index control, CR GDC dashboard, compensation and benchmarks and Payroll monthly reports.
- Support Payroll giving follow up to RT policy and other payroll mandatory monthly reporting.
- Work with the Payroll Specialist on massive payments processing, such as salary review, App plans, Christmas bonusses payments, among others.
- Be part of any testing and automation of payroll process and/or systems.
- Support the HR Generalists with updated market data, local polls or surveys, the same as with Visier and other data reports to support their decision making and business analysis.
- Investigating and solving employees’ requests and solutions escalated into the HRSC/ Payroll channels
- Coordinate the adequate filing process with all personnel documentation
- Collaborate and deliver for the new employee orientation and onboarding processes, including new hires communication, documents signature and welcome kits delivery.
- Follow up terminations and resignations to ensure the process is completed based on the internal procedure.
- Support the HR Director on HR operational efficiency projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced student of bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration or career related
- (Bachelor’s degree completed will be a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions as HR officer or administrative executive assistant, or similar administrative positions
- Previous experience working on HR or payroll functions; HR and operational efficiency projects will be a plus
- Advanced in verbal and writing English skills.
- Advanced computational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Analytical skills, attention to details, well organized person. Communication skills and multitasking ability.
