The VMD Analyst is responsible for a variety of activities across the Master Data work stream within StS and GPO, this position will be supporting operations and projects by maintaining, monitoring, analyzing master data, key data, accuracy and change control master relationship within the organization. Working independently, the analyst must require internal controls mindset, MDG, SAP, Ariba SLP, SOP & Business Processes Knowledge to solve issues related to master data and collaborate with other processes & teams, also, must communicate and interacts with other operational, information stewards of our business process outsourcing (BPO) to ensure fit-for-purpose data.

Will be responsible for qualification and classification of data ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.

**Primary Activities**
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of all Vendor Master Data and process-related policies and procedures in order to effectively interface with internal and external clients and to proactively comply with audit requirements
- Audits VMD operational steward’s work to ensure compliance with SOP and key controls over sensitive fields and information
- Liaise between other groups and the business, by reviewing feedback related incidents and sharing the knowledge and instructions with the Requestor on the adequate level
- Perform vendor master data creations from different ERP managed within the process/division
Supports VMD Team developing reports and metrics generation
- Participates proactively in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions
- Monitors data analyzes reports and tracks specific activity to ensure records are synchronized; acts to resolve all issues and discrepancies
- Provide Operation Overflow support (Training, Confirmations etc.)
- Customer Support within SLP Ariba & MDG maintenance
- Ensures compliance with data privacy & internal policies
- Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems by providing support through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with the GPO/Sr. Specialist to meet customer requirements while adhering to published data standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree completed/in progress or revelant experience
- 5 years of operational Vendor Master Data & P2P processes experience
- SAP Ariba System experience: Supplier enablement, SLP, MDG
- Teamwork and collaborative focus, customer service oriented
- Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (English & Spanish); Portuguese will be a Plus
- Customer support oriented and follow up with cases
- Data Analysis Reporting with Power BI/Excel/etc...
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word and Advanced Excel skills
- Broad understanding and knowledge of applicable business processes including end-to-end process use of data and lifecycle of data (creation to use to inactivation of vendors)
