Analyst, Compensation

**About the Role**: **Your Area of Focus**: - Assist in the design and implementation of base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans that reflect the organization's compensation philosophy - Provide compensation guidance to management and HR Business Partners with respect to all compensation matters including salary management, program administration and plan design, new hire and retention needs, and policies and procedures in support of strategic objectives - Evaluate internal jobs to determine appropriate promotional and hiring pay levels based on internal compensation, performance levels, and external job and market pay comparisons - Support the administration of compensation cycles including the company's annual pay review and quarterly bonus process - Conduct market and internal equity analysis to determine recommendations to the board of directors for new hires, promotions, and ongoing grant awards - Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensure descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents - Analyze and forecast the cost of compensation and total reward programs - Ensure programs and employee compensation align with business objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulations - Participate in market survey submissions ensuring accurate matching strategies **Your Professional Qualifications**: - 4+ years of work experience in a Compensation role - Bachelor's Degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) - Strong attention to details and analytical skills a must - Analytical mindset with ability to work with large volume of data and synthesize it to digestible information - Outstanding communication (written and verbal), organizational, problem solving skills. - Comfortable working in an environment where operating "in the gray area" is not uncommon - Perform well under pressure, work independently as a part of a team in a fast paced environment. Flexible and able to quickly change course when the needs of the business and our team shift direction or accelerate delivery - Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing tight deadlines - Self-motivated and able to take a request and run with it under mínimal direction and supervision - Advanced skills in MS Excel and G-Suite - Good business acumen and awareness of business trends in Compensation and/or HR Technology **Preferred Experience**: - Experience with market survey and benchmarking systems (Culpepper and Radford a plus) - Experience with HR technologies (Workday a plus) - High tech industry experience preferred - Global compensation experience preferred (Costa Rica a plus) **About Tebra**: Kareo and PatientPop have joined forces to become Tebra, the digital backbone for practice well-being.
