**BAT Costa Rica is looking for a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST**

**ENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**:Finance

**LOCATION**:Heredia, CR

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**:P&R Assistant Manager

**Geographic Scope**:BAT Reynolds, USA

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Participate in business partnering relationships across areas such as Information Data & Technology, Human Resources, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs or Legal & External Affairs
- Prepare monthly budget forecasting and support the closing processes for BAT Reynolds, USA (RAI’s) overheads
- Provide scenario analyses, budgets, cash flow impacts and CAPEX analysis
- Provide financial analytics and reporting for the organization
- Track actuals, coordinate with other BAT entities and the Tax department, process recharges and prepare vouchers
- Prepare various monthly reconciliations and trend analyses
- Assist with the performance and documentation of various internal controls
- Participate in continuous department improvement
- Assist with special projects as needed

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area
- Strong knowledge of finance/analytics
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision; must be a self-starter
- Proficient in written and verbal English (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Intermediate Excel level
- Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, and ask relevant questions
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

**BENEFICIAL**
- Power BI / Power Query knowledge is a plus.
- BPC system knowledge is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is a plus
