**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Manage Data entry into the HRIS system and assure data integrity of HR information
- Demonstrate capability of handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, ad hoc, and canvas reporting
- Create, produce, and enhance a high volume of metrics, data, and detailed reports for HR team
- Efficient use of Microsoft Excel (i.e., vlookups, formulas, etc.) to fulfil request and duties
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy when completing tasks
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve system and employee data issues
**How you can set yourself apart**
- Relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central tools
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
- Supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned Report and escalate system technical issues to HRIS Manager and vendor
- High organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Process cases through case management system in an efficient and timely manner
