**HRIS Support Specialist**
- Full-time, (home) based in Lagunilla, CR_

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for SuccessFactors Employee Central, which includes case ticket management, incident assessment, data analysis, system master table management, reporting, troubleshooting, and proposing solutions.
**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Provide support to the HR community, managers, and employees that utilize the tool(s)
- Receive and respond to cases in a timely fashion and meet established SLAs
- Add/Change/Delete tables for Position, Cost Center, Job Codes, Location Codes
- Research issues escalated by the users of the tool
- Determine root cause, track, document cases and issues, and replicate error or situations if possible
- Engage vendor as necessary by opening cases
- Receive requests for reporting (create, run, distribute) and determine if report should be generated as a standard report or ad hoc report. For routine reports determine the schedule for distribution.
- Respond to cases related to provisioning, strictly adhere to the schedule to ensure security of company resources and routinely audit to ensure accuracy, depending on the case
- Identify and make recommendations to improve accuracy and processes
- Complete day-to-day data validation and spot checks to ensure on-going data integrity
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve system and employee data issues
**How you can set yourself apart**
- Prior experience in a professional work environment
- Strong Excel experience required (e.g. formulas, vLookup, pivot tables)
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong commercial English verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices, high degree of honesty and integrity
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
- High organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to develop additional skills as needed
- Education with business information systems preferred
- Prior experience with HRIS and HCM systems preferred
