Job Summary:
The Business & Reporting Analyst will act as main point of contact for business KPI insights & Trends.

This role will be responsible of reporting, data analysis & stakeholder management

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Streamline & standardize the existing reporting process across the different operations
- Conduct business reviews to report out metric results, trend findings & recommendations, with special emphasis on QA reporting
- Become SME on performance metrics for clients and organization
- Conduct and attend requirement gathering meetings to identify needs, concerns, and action plans
- Collaborate in developing reference documents or reports for performance measurement

Skills and Experience:

- 3+ year experience in similar roles
- English -Spanish Language (B2+ / C1)
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus)
- Intermediate-Advanced Power BI skills (preferred)
- Project Management Knowledge preferred
- Strong professional, independent thinking skills with strength in problem solving and the ability to offer constructive opinions and creative solutions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to summarize and communicate important data
