**Job Description**:
The Purchasing Administrator is key partner for different business units among the company, you will be responsible for raising CEA’s and purchase requisitions for the NA, LATAM and EMEA regions, helping to tracking invoices received, answering queries from the accounts payable department, and managing the maintenance renewals process.

You will be an important contributor on providing business continuity by supporting Purchase Requisition process along with secondary Accounts Payables tasks such as supporting on new integrations and urgent payments.

Some of your responsabilities will be:

- Raising Capital expenditure authorisation requests (CEA’s) for NA, LATAM and EMEA.
- Raising Capital and OPEX purchase requisitions for NA, LATAM and EMEA
- Manage the maintenance renewals processes
- Liaising with the different technical teams and contacts within the business to ensure purchase requisitions are raised accurately and in a timely manner
- Help tracking invoices received
- Responding to queries from Accounts Payable
- Ensure financial purchasing processes are fully documented and kept up-to-date.
- Work closely with financial and non-finance stakeholders and constantly seek efficiencies / opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Demonstrable experience of working within a finance/ purchasing role.
- Ability to work closely with non-financial stakeholders across a varied range of business areas.
- Experience of working within ORACLE and IPROC advantageous (not exclusive).
- High standards of accuracy, quality and attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive approach to work and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbally.
- Team player, supportive and engaging with other team members.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.

Academics / qualifications required:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- English fluency (intermediate level).
