**Responsibilities**:
- Understand how the COBTRAC, ICOBQ, COGNOS Reporting, Management Dashboard systems integrate with overall organizational business functions and processes from a recoverability, planning and testing perspective.
- Hands on working experience with FUSION tool (Sales Force) will be added advantage.
- The Business Analyst provides technical and business support for users of above Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
- Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
- Develop and maintain various business and technical support documentation.
- Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to technology team in a timely manner.
- Partners with appropriate support and development and production support team to prioritize bug fixes and support PAT, UAT and PROD validations.
- Engages in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
- Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.
- Expected to be able to raise problems to appropriate technology and business teams, while adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and closely related work teams.
- Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
- Active involvement in and ownership of Support Project items, covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
- Provide a holistic view of the production environment for both technology and business management, working closely as a trusted partner for senior business heads.
- Provide guidance on feedback reviews with development teams, ensuring outstanding issues are tracked to closure, particularly long-term strategic fixes.
- Performs controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation to relevant groups when appropriate, root cause analysis of all problems with follow-through to resolution.
- Requires awareness of audit and compliance related issues.
- Ability to handle incidents, problems and change at a global enterprise level. Calm and analytical when faced with major incidents on critical systems.
- Manages customer satisfaction requirements of operational procedures to achieve a suitable outcome for all stakeholders.
- Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information with inherent confidence with operations and technology partners on a regional or global basis.
- Understanding of technology and development life cycle processes (SDLC, technology operations, business continuity, etc)
- Ensure system production releases are implemented and rolled out per specifications.
- Develop and facilitate User Acceptance Testing and Postproduction Release Check-Out Testing
- Should be flexible to work over weekend to support data center test when required.
- Should be flexible to work in different shift hours to support APAC, EMEA and NAM regions whenever required.
**Qualifications**
- Advanced English level
