Principal Network Engineer

**TTEC is seeking a Network Engineer to join our Technology Services team.**

**Role Responsibilities**
- Deployment of network environments for each customer in our data centers.
- Create documentation for each network of the network environment deployments and hand it over properly to the Support/Operations teams.
- Communicates the status of project and work efferently to achieve the company goals.
- Coaches, mentors, and provides guidance to team members to help improve technical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work calmly under pressure.
- Work with vendors and cross-functional teams for on-going design efforts and systems support.
- Periodically develops and delivers training related material.
- Handles scheduled maintenance on networking equipment, such as software and equipment upgrades and assist with maintenance related tasks

**Requirements**:

- College Degree preferred but not required
- Advanced Deployment, troubleshooting & support experience of network solutions (with little to no guidance) that include: Cisco Data center technologies and NGFW deployments,
- CCIE Enterprise or CCIE Data Center preferred but not required
- Experience with Next Gen Firewalls and features as below:

- VPN Tunnels / Remote Access
- NAT: twice NAT/ DNS doctoring.
- Experience with the below Data Center technologies:

- Cisco ACI Tenant deployment and design.
- Cisco Nexus deployment and design.
- Routing & Switching (EIGRP, BGP, OMP, OSPF) / (QoS)./ (route leak)
- Vmware: OVA deployment/VMM integration/ TPG.

**Understanding of the following technologies is a plus but not required**
- Virtualization environments and tools such as VMWare, vCenter, vCenter Orchestrator
- Linux
- SD-WAN technologies (OMP, TLOC, SD-WAN fabric)
- Load balancer experience (GSLB /Content switching / Reverse proxy)
