_This professional will directly contribute to the objectives of the CISOs office, partnering with key cross-functional stakeholders and also this individual will be in charge of using data analysis to create user profiles to identify learning habits, behavioral patterns, etc. Ultimately to drive customized, targeted, and optimized insights to shape long-term Awareness strategy and assist in the creation of targeted campaigns by clusters.**What you’ll do**:

- Work with cross-functional team members to define and track the most impactful business metrics
- Lead key efforts in terms of data interpretation and trending - Perform data analysis and deliver insights from large, data sets to drive business decisions and growth;
- Identify reporting and analytical needs to facilitate the use of data and analysis to make informed decisions;
- Support the design and delivery of global security education and awareness communication programs to enable understanding of risks and security responsibilities across all levels in the company,
- Create, maintain, evaluate and track metrics around the awareness program and determine successfully and need improvement areas.
- Use programming language and tools

**What experience you need**:

- 2- 3 years of Data Analysis using tools like Big Query
- 2 years of experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, Google suite
- 2 years of experience in trend analysis and Root Cause analysis
- 1-3 years of SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) and working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- 1+ years of experience with at least one programming language (like Python, R, Scala)
