MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

- Provide quality assurance and ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT/IVA and excise duty (fuel) in various tax jurisdictions globally
- Assist with day-to-day VAT /IVA & excise duty (fuel) queries related to fuel
- Verify that sales and purchase invoices are compliant for VAT purposes
- Perform reconciliation between SAD documents and commercial invoices
- Assist in the implementation of VAT & excise duty reporting technology (automation)
- Seek to initiate process improvements; establish cross functional teamwork
- Initiate and coordinate VAT/IVA payments
- Prepare corrective VAT/IVA & excise duty returns
- Assist with tax audit queries
- Reconciling the G/L tax accounts based on the tax returns.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- University degree in tax law, accountancy, or related area
- 3 years to 5 years’ experience in VAT (IVA) and excise duty (fuel)
- Advanced English level (B2/C1)
- Experience in ERP systems (Oracle)
- Excellent Excel skills, VBA is a plus
- Fluent communication skills: English is a must and other European language is a plus
- Energetic, driven and proactive
- A keen interest in automation is a welcomed
