**Sr Application Analyst - Integrations (On site)**

**San José, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Sr. Application Analyst, for food & beverage enterprise in San José, Costa Rica.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree (complete).
- Career: Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting and implementing middleware systems using Oracle SOA Suite.
- Required technical skills:

- Knowledge in Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle B2B is required.
- Knowledge of programming in multiple languages. (Java, XQuery, XSLT, SQL).
- Competency with XML constructs, schemas and the use of Web Services.
- Knowledge of B2B industry standards like EDI, XML, others.
- Technical skills of working with Oracle Database it’s a plus.
- English Intermediate to Advanced English (both oral & written) & Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Execution, communication, innovation and development.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Analytic ability.
- Ability to resolve problems.
- Customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team work.

**Responsabilities**:

- Expert knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle B2B.
- Complete programming and technical unit testing, following group standards.
- Create robust, detailed, and conclusive User Test scripts, containing both logical technical and user test steps, including specific inputs/outputs/results expected.
- Collect test evidence.
- Schedule implementation with project manager/key business owner.
- Utilize standard Change Management promotion processes.
- Proactively communicate status for all activities.
- Accurately estimate programming time and resource requirements based on programming and software environment expertise.
- Provide technical support as needed for internal Help Desk and after hours.
- Develop documentation for production systems; including user procedures.
