Senior Product Owner

- Responsible for the management of ongoing internal customer relationships and the operational delivery of RPA/AI solutions. Serves as the prime point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall pipeline development and delivery. Takes primary responsibility for internal client satisfaction and delivering complex Intelligent Automation solutions to market _

**What you’ll do**
- Lead the analysis, documentation and management of business requirements and will ensure that requirements are fully understood by technical teams to facilitate the design and implementation of integrated intelligent automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Colleagues, Technology and Architects in the automation design, process engineering and technology deployment process
- Develop, maintain and manage relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout automation development lifecycles
- Build and deliver RPA/AI internal marketing and training strategy to grow automation culture within different business units and regions
- Prioritize a backlog of work so the development team can plan, estimate, and allocate resources appropriately driving the most effective minimum viable products (MVPs)
- Support internal customers across multiple BUs and geographies to build a strong pipeline, perform process assessments and ensure business cases are completed.

**What experience you need**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any STEM related field
- 5+ years of experience in a combination of **business requirements, product management, product development and/or software development**
- 5+ years of experience with any Enterprise Software Solutions such as **RPA, CRM, ERP or BPM**
- 5+ years of experience working with Agile Driven tools such as **Jira, Rally, Aha**
- English proficiency B2 or above

**What could set you apart**
- Certified SAFe Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Business Objects, Looker
- MBA or MCS
- Past success in a continually evolving environment using proven time management skills, prioritization skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience on RPA industry and standards and IT/ Software Development (SDLC) background is desired
- Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication and presentation skill
- Ability to lead cross functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast paced & result driven environment
- Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical daily actions for execution
- Strong analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Demonstrates technical product expertise from a functional perspective, as well as industry, technology, and vendor literacy and analysis (e.g. contributes to build vs buy decisions).
