Como **Credit & Collection Analyst III** serás responsable de contactar a los clientes para cobranzas de facturas pendientes, créditos u otros pagos. Actúa como un aliado entre los acreedores y los clientes y el manejo de cuentas morosas como Aging y Shortpayments garantizando el recaudo y disminución del impacto provisionado.

**¿Quién eres?**:

- Estudiante de Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Negocios o carreras afines, con al menos 25% del plan de estudios aprobado, bachilleres universitarios o profesionales recien egresados.
- Experiência de 2 años en posiciones similares de facturación y cobros para Brasil. (se tendran encuenta practicas profesionales)
- Dominio de idioma portugués e ingles (se atendera clientes de brasil).
- Conocimiento intermedio de Excel. (tablas dinámicas)
- Conocimiento en SAP (deseable).

**¿Qué haces?**
- Los deberes de un analista de cobranza incluyen llamadas de gestión de cobranza y / o correos electrónicos de forma oportuna.
- Proporcionar servicio al cliente con respecto a los problemas de cobranza, procesar reembolsos de clientes, procesar y revisar los ajustes de cuentas de cartera, resolver las discrepancias de los clientes y las parcialidades.
- Responsable por conciliaciones de pagos por depósitos y procesamiento de notas de crédito.
- Responsable de reducir la morosidad en las carteras asignadas con facturas/deudas antiguas.
- Dar seguimiento total y continuo cuando sea necesario para acelerar el proceso de cobranza interno y externo.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones de trabajo efectivas/asertivas con sus clientes.
- Gestión y desarrollo de proyectos de Mejora continua.
- Confección de reportes y análisis para ser presentados a los clientes y gerencia.
