The Citi Global Sourcing (CGS) Intermediate Analyst is responsible for supporting the Personal Banking Wealth Management Group (PBWM) on various strategic sourcing initiatives and projects. This includes creating or renewing contracts, managing the overall contractual process, on-boarding new Suppliers, supporting Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and Requests for Information (RFI’s)

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage a large workload of projects / contracts. This includes working with the Business Stakeholders, internal colleagues and external Suppliers to create or renew agreements.
- Ability to review, understand and negotiate key contractual points such as termination for convenience rights; fees; payment terms; Supplier billing terms; legal entity names and addresses
- Knowledge of Third-Party Management and Compliance procedures (TP-RAP; RTR; MCIA)
- Knowledge and use of TP-RAP and Due Diligence Tools
- Knowledge and use of eSourcing, GEP, CASP+ and P2P systems

Additional Responsibilities:

- Participate in the Sourcing process for the various products and services.
- Facilitate sourcing process and assist cross-functional team in developing and executing sourcing strategies, supplier management strategies, and contract negotiations including drafting and red-lining contracts
- Utilize various Citi tools and processes to research supplier and commodity information as well as work with suppliers to measure and track performance and reporting/reconciliation requirements
- Identify and implement “Value Add” such as savings opportunities and process improvements
- Assist in creating and supporting Request for Proposals (RFP’s) Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotes (RFQ).
- Coordinate the preparation and analysis of bid packages and eAuction events.
- Work with varied units through expense managers, reengineering teams/vendor managers, expense policy compliance and reporting, senior management briefing books, etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s University degree complete / In progress
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent English (Verbal and written)
- Experience with Procurement and Accounts Payable (AP) systems
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Demonstrated organization and time management skills

Desirable:

- Experience with Contracts and eProcurement tools (e.g. Oracle, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFX)
- Experience with Risk and Controls preferred
