If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply Our people make all the difference in our success.The Third-Party Utility (TPU) provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures in order to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle. The Third-Party Utility (TPU) Operations Risk Manager will be responsible for the management and supervision of the TPU Operations Analysts and will be accountable to the TPU Site Head. Additionally, this role will serve as the senior escalation point for all outstanding supplier risk analysis items and will be involved in direct interaction with senior management. **Key Responsibilities**: - Serve as the senior point of escalation for TPU supplier risk analysis activities - Oversee and take a leading role in performance measurements of teams Embed a culture of coaching to teams whilst actively monitoring and assessing staff development needs, required training and development opportunities - Provide expert guidance and support on the development of key controls, standard processes, operating procedures, and promulgation of best practices - Interface with Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs), and Sector and Regional Risk teams and other Citi business stakeholders on a regular basis - Build and maintain relationships with TPU Supplier Risk Managers in other TPU sites in an effort to constantly refine, improve and share working best practices globally - Support the coordination of the TPU site’s Monthly Operating Review process and Third Party Management governance committees - Review results of third-party risk monitoring activities providing credible challenges to, and robust quality checks of, such results - Perform a lead role in the design, development, and execution of key TPU initiatives Perform reviews of Pre-Contract Due Diligence, Post-Contract Ongoing Monitoring activities and provide credible challenges to accountable / responsible parties - Provide and present periodic updates to TPU Site Heads globally - Champion TPU VOE efforts in strategic sites and support TPU VOE activities globally Ensure that staff have clear goals and expectations with regards to the results by which they will be measured - Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head. **Requirements**: - English advance - Bachelor university degree complete - 3+ years of experience as a Manager or Team Lead of 10+ member teams - Strong organization skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities - Strong detail oriented, with strong problem solving and analytical skills Relationship management skills, with the ability to build partnerships across various Citi businesses - Strong risk, process, and project management skills with proven ability to influence and drive results across a diverse team of stakeholders - Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) - Demonstrated capacity to lead teams and drive performance results - Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency - Detail oriented, pragmatic problem solver, forward thinker with the ability to exercise independent decision making - Ability to assess level of exposure based on existing risk characteristic - Proven ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds **Desirable**: - Preferred 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk identification and management, operational risk management, compliance and/or audit - Advanced academic degree preferred - **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Administration - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
