Team Overview and Responsibilities

Reporting to the IT Manager, the position holder will develop, manage, and support service management best practices. Monitoring SLA performance for compliance with organizational needs and requirements for each area. Facilitating communication between the IT department and customers.

Main responsibilities:

- Act as primary escalation and point of contact for all critical incidents.
- Provide necessary input to problem management to identify trends or possible ways for preventing reoccurrence of a critical incidents.
- Drive alignment and support process improvements for critical incidents.
- Drive updates to SLA's based on changes in operations.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

- IT, Computer or Software Engineering bachelor´s active student.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical, structured and methodological.
- A service-minded approach to problem solving.
- Reliable, good interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of Share Point, Teams, and other office tools.
- Basic English level.
- Availability for at least 6 months.

Preferred:

- Intermediate to advance English level.
