We are looking for a HR Intern to join our HR team. Based in Heredia - Costa Rica, some work experience would be an advantage but is not essential - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important. Tasks And Responsibilities- Maintain HR Workday database and ensure standards of accuracy and quality as well as compliance with relevant procedures.- Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire on-boarding and Learning & Development initiatives.- Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenge steps that may not make sense / add value.- Process documentation in accordance the possible changes together with process and system experts.- Develop a good working relationship with the PG HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues.- Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.- Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes, and results.- Open to partner feedback and use it to improve our service offering.- Support the Human Resources Manager through completion of daily HR related tasks including filing, office organization, project coordination, creation of employee communications and events organization.
Who are we looking for?- College bachelor’s degree, currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree related to the HR area: Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering.- English Level Advanced.- Strategic mindset: anticipate future trends and implications accurately.- Energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty; deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.- Personal commitment to and takes action to continuously improve and lean; accepts assignments that broaden capabilities.- Proactive.- Open to learn.- Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook), or other like Canva, LinkedIn, etc.- Available for a minimum period of 6 months.
