Company Description
**Job Description**:
- Provide support and possible action plans to the Job Management Team WIP receivable jobs.
- Coordinate with JR controller in a monthly basis the intercompany closing process, maintain the General ledger reviewing and preparing journals entries and accruals if need it, execute the required analysis and prepare the requested deliverable and reports.
- Execute in a monthly basis the closing process, maintain the General ledger reviewing and preparing journals entries and accruals if need it, execute the required analysis and prepare the requested Corporate Deliverable, coordinate in order to deliver on time and with the quality expected of the reporting.
- Execute and support the Local Manager on the financial scenarios process, based on corporate calendar, ensure to deliver on time and with the quality expected on the reporting, analysis and corporate deliverables for the entities under scope and as a regional support. This could include the follow up action plans and open items or suggestions for the deviations or targets requested by Groupe.
- Support and provide assistant as need it for the Controlling Supervisor or Local Manager, that might include additionally analysis for entities under scope.
- Provide information to Internal and External Auditors -if need it-- Perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by the direct Supervisor/Manager or due to management requirements
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Licenciatura is a plus.
- At least 3 years in similar position in a multinational organization.
- Advanced English
- SAP and HFM knowledge is a plus
