**Business Analyst (Remote)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Business Analyst, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Overview**:
Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or undergraduate.
- 8 or more years of technical experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- CBAP Certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- SAFe Certified PO/PM (SAFe Champion, and Trainer)
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering.
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- MBA or another Advanced Degree (preferred)
- Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Experience producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports. (preferred)
- Experience in problem analysis and process (preferred)
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation.
- Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
- Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under mínimal supervision.
- Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
- This person will be involved in a strategic initiative of modernizing the change process.
- This position will work with stakeholders across IT up to and including SVP's.
- They will be eliciting requirements and understanding current state processes and creating future state processes.
- This position will make decisions based on impacts and business need.
- They will work with stakeholders to determine the need of their organizations and will use various elicitation methodologies to obtain this.
- This position will work with stakeholders across IT who are practitioners of the change process.
- This user base includes levels up to VP.
- They will hold requirements elicitation meetings that will dig deep into the needs of the team to determine how we can solve that using the OOTB implementation of our change order system of record.
