**OTSI** (**Object Technology Solutions, Inc**) has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst.

Business Systems Analyst (HYBRID)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

- Assists and conducts requirement workshops and other requirement-gathering sessions with various customer business units, typically on-site.
- Documents and presents the results from requirement workshops and requirement-gathering sessions in a Business Requirements Document (BRD) as well as analyzes, collaborates on the design.
- Ensures business requirements, gaps, design, and testing issues are properly communicated between the vendor, implementation manager, project manager and technical team members.
- Participates in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
- Translate Business Requirements into Functional Requirements Document.
- Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts.
- Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
- Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary.
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior hands-on Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Must have experience working on implementing a contract management system preferably (Apttus, Selectica, Emptoris, Ariba or Upside).
- Must have detailed functional knowledge of contract management tools.
- Previous experience working as an analyst on supporting Legal IT projects.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have experience presenting to senior management.

Highly Desired:

- Project Management experience highly desired.
