The K&TM Specialist is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, monitoring, and completion of the shared service center onboarding and training activities related to both migrations and day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency with the company strategy, commitments, and goals. The projects are specifically related to the migration and/or improvement of new processes in the Costa Rica Shared Service Center.

Encouraging a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow among departments and project teams, the K&TM Specialist is a key player in the success of the multiple implementations taking place in the Costa Rica shared service center.

This position reports to Sr. Director Operations & Site Leader

**You Will**:

- Evaluate and improve existing onboarding programs
- Work with SME's and leaders to identify knowledge gaps and create actions to remediate.
- Advice on onboarding and training approach for new functions coming into the Costa Rica site.
- Build and maintain a knowledge management strategy for all teams.
- Measure effectiveness of training and knowledge management process ongoing.
- Promote a process documentation culture.

**You Have**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (preferably in Business, Engineering, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in transition / transformation projects, relative to operational teams.
- 3+ years' experience in knowledge transfer and/or training management.
- Working knowledge in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Scrum and/or another Agile framework.
- Experience in operational teams, including strong knowledge of KPIs and performance management.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong command of English skills (C1+ level).
