**Responsibilities will include**:

- Designs and implements hardware database, logics, graphics and data links.
- With mínimal direction can design low and medium-complexity solutions.
- Actively participates in the acquisition of knowledge and experience through partnering with more senior technical staff members
- Actively participates in appropriate SME teams
- Technically lead projects according to his level of expertise.
- Track progress and issue weekly-monthly technical progress reports
- Solve technical problems through the combination of standard procedures, modifications of standard procedures, experience, or methods developed in previous assignments
- Actively participates in maintaining and improve the group KPIs such us on-time performance, customer satisfaction and quality
- Work closely with partners to meet the project requirements and deadlines
- Consistently shows ability to accurately communicate with customers
- Constantly works proactively and independently
- Successful execution of projects assigned, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Constantly participate in internal projects to improve procedures and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Travel time around 60%
- Intermediate-Advance level of English
- Basic-Intermediate level of Portuguese
- 6+ years of experience in DCS or SCADA in Industrial Automation
- Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in PLC/DCS or SCADA programing, including inhouse and onsite engineering.
- A good business understanding and the ability to work effectively with internal and external
customers
- Good understanding of power projects and power generation is desirable.
- Project Management knowledge or certifications will be considered as a plus.
