This is a 9 months program to develop skills and gain knowledge in technology environment. Operations & Technology provides the products and services that enable Citi's workforce, along with the majority of the financial solutions that Citi's customers rely on. We provide the critical technical foundation for Citi's operations through the of any software or hardware component that runs business and general user computing services. We do this by working as one-team to deliver high quality, reliable and modern technologies at the right cost. We drive to optimize the functionality and capability of the solutions technologies. **Responsibilities**: - Receive and review input and output data - Maintain lists, control records and coding schemes; assist in problem management databases - Recognize problems, research issues and complete varied / relatively complex resolution under mínimal supervision - Regularly exchange relatively complex information within the team and clients - Identify ways to improve effectiveness of processes - Ensure that all phases of assistance are coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately **Qualifications**: - 1-2 years of prior related technology experience - Intermediate/advanced English communication - Demonstrated technical knowledge within at least one area of Technology such as Infrastructure, Networking, Mainframe, Operations Support, Applications Support, Middleware - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well in a team oriented environment - High School diploma or higher degree - **Job Family Group**: Management Development Programs - **Job Family**: Intern - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
