**Job Description**:

- Document the current as-is process and conduct workshops to arrive at to-be process in the Planning domain.
- Proactively work with the end-user community to improve business processes and procedures
- Investigate and present new technology and solutions in the PTC Servigistics product to the core team and business users
- Defines and re-engineers business systems or information technology processes by using appropriate methods and tools and partnering with process owners to understand requirements
- Works closely with the development team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of business needs

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Business/Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management

**Experience**:

- 4+ Years of PTC Servigistics implementation experience.
- 6-8 Years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
