**Systems Analyst**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Systems Analyst, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a System/Business with hands-on experience working in an agile development environment as part of a scrum team member.
- Experience of working in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on use of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of SAFe.
- Working knowledge of Databases SQL and NoSQL.
- Hands on experience with software development and documentation with languages such as Java, Angular and others.
- Solid knowledge of business information systems
- Ability to explain technical details.
- Excellent analytical skills
- A good problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of Microservices (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools: Gradle, Jenkins, SonarQube, Junit, Splunk, Openshift Cloud Platform (Nice to have)
- Testing knowledge with Selenium for Java implementations and/or Protractor for Angular implementations (Nice to have)
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
- Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
- Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager/Scrum Master in prioritizing the backlog, grooming Features and User Stories and facilitate sprint review meetings with business stakeholders.
- Work closely with Technical Leads, Developers, QA teams and UI/UX designers to validate associated testing approach and traceability of requirements/user stories to implementations.
- Maintain collaboration tools for Features, Stories and Defects on Jira and/or Jira Align
