The HR Shared Services Reporting Developer - Tableau Lead Developer will drive the transformation of our inventory of reports and dashboards to onboard them into our new platform. Requires in-depth understanding of HR business processes and the software development lifecycle to provide robust and dynamic data visualization solutions. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full support during the stages of design, develop, testing, and maintenance for complex Tableau reports.
- Acts as an SME in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.
- Collaborate within a team of reporting developers and data advisors to create a robust and dynamic set of reports and dashboards that provide insights to the HR function.
- Adhere to and improve the set of software coding and style guides that ensures consistency across all development efforts.
- Works on support tickets related to Tableau reports to support new development, issue management and enhancements to existing inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets
- Working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture.
- Advanced Tableau development skills required.
- Advanced English level is required
- High-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
- Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.
- A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization
- Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) - Advanced level is a plus
- MS Office - Advanced level
- Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem solving techniques
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree is a must.
- Master degree is preferable.
