**Job Description**:
The primary responsibility for a Drafter 1 is to create complete and accurate detailing deliverables (drawings, shop details, BOMs, etc.) while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery in support of customer specific requirements. This role requires demonstrated knowledge of metal building products and standards, drafting processes, and detailing tools including AutoCAD and Tekla (desirable) while providing focus on product accuracy, on time delivery and added customer value.

- Architectural drafting title or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Full command of AutoCAD 2D
- Metal Buildings experience is preferred
- Bilingual English-Spanish (70% or more)
- Budgeting experience is desired
- Good command of trigonometry
- Analytical thinking (3D and spatial)
- Full command of the US customary units system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
