**Job Description**:
As a Global Business Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- Develop with the leadership team, the GCS strategic plans aligned with BGs & Regional Areas.
- Support business objectives results, engaging with BGs to deploy the respective plans according to the strategy for Emerging Markets and non-Emerging Market.
- Engage with Global and Area Business Leaders to explore new sales (incremental) opportunities to contribute with the growth for the different Business Group of the Organization.
- Negotiates and counsels on an expert level and demonstrates advanced persuasion skills. This interaction involves convincing others to cooperate, grant approval, or act of a certain kind.
- Adapt and communicate BG strategy and Direction to GCS team
- Implement and execute business pricing strategy as SD owner
- Active participation in Transition In projects
- Implements and support BG promotions
- Lead special projects
- Supports Channel Specialist on business/customers specific needs.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Minimum of 8, 10 years, working in Business, Sales & Marketing Areas.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- MBA from an accredited institution.
- Experience as BDM, RBL, and/or other area of high responsibility.
- Verbal fluency in a language other than English (multi-lingual). -Initiative and self-direction.
- Strong organizational skills.
